He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Overton and Lucy O'Neal (Province); his sister Velma Mae O'Neal; and his brothers-in-law, Leo and Elmo Dickey.
He is survived by: his wife Ina Carol; his daughters, Melissa Crews of West Bath and Sherri Murrish (Jeremy) of Florissant, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Elliott, Audrey, Edward, Delaney Crews of West Bath, Reagan, Logan and Morgan Murrish of Florissant, Missouri.; and his siblings-in-law, Carole, Alta Mae Dickey and Wayne Dickey (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
