He is survived by: his wife Katricia Russell; his sons, Jeff Russell (Karrie), Brian Russell and Travis Russell (Billie Jo); his stepdaughter Sharman Chabot (Sean); his grandchildren, Valerie Russell, Greg Russell, Zach Russell, Kaiden Gibson, Lillian Skaggs, Axton Russell, McCoy Chabot and Tristyn Chabot; his brother James Russell (JoAnn); and his parents-in-law, Loretta Russell, Evelyn Russell, Terry, Janice Sugg, Suzann, David Marmillion and Sherri Hancock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
