He is survived by: his close friend Mary Montgomery; his children, Chris Cash, Denise Dornbach (Adam) and John Kilcullen; his sisters, Barbara Null (Mel) and Shelba Benson (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Destony Kilcullen, Cierra Cash, Phillip Lucas and Quin Kilcullen; his great grandchildren, Brentley and Jensen; his parents-in-law, Carolyn Skiles, Norman and Jamie Nelson; and his son-in-law Tommy Cash.
