He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Woods (Marler) and Henry E Woods; his wife Mary Lou Woods (Taylor); his sons, Dennis "Woody" Woods, Steven Woods and Tracy Woods; his grandsons, Jason Woods and Kenny Joe Woods; his great grandchild Bradley; his son-in-law Joe Kean; his siblings, Everette Lee "Dick" Woods, Rev. Ronnie Woods and Eva Elizabeth Cantrell; and his siblings-in-law, David Cantrell and Marie Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Woods, Debbie Woods, Judy Scott, Vickie Gipson (David), Stacey Woods Denise Kean (Sheri) and Rev. Matt Woods (Michelle); his stepdaughter Angie Conway (Stanley); his sisters, Daisy Wilkerson, Charlotte Keith (Paul) and Cathy Sansoucie (Edward); and his sister-in-law Linda Woods. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
