He is survived by: his wife Elaine Toombs; his sons, Rodney Toombs (Micah) and Russell "Russ" Toombs (Nancy); his grandchildren, Michael Toombs, Jack Toombs (Amanda), Jennifer Toombs Peirce (Thomas), Josie Toombs Harris (Michael) and Andrew Toombs (Lindsay Picha); his great grandchildren, Miles, Riley, Lucas, Jace, Lilyana and Isaiah; and his siblings, David Toombs (Sandy), Diane Kimes, Steve Toombs and Stanley Toombs (Mickie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
