He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew "Boots" Koch and Clarice Koch (DeGonia); his brother Wayne Koch (Phyllis Koch); and his grandson Augustine "Gus" Koch. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Koch; his son Greg Koch (Heather); his stepdaughter Chasity Thebeau (Jeremy); his stepgrandchild Avery of Festus, MO; and his siblings, Karen Meyers (Frank) of Potosi, MO, Denise Stamos (Steve St), Debbie McGuinn (Marion) of St. Louis, MO, Kevin Koch (Debbie) of Potosi, MO and Roger Koch of Potosi, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home (105 Clark St, Potosi, MO 63664). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Koch Family Cemetery.
