He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dee, Sr. and Hilda Dee; his siblings, Evelyn Lewis, Fay Hill, Betty Estes, Frank, Stanley, Russell and Charlie; his great grandchild Leah Steele; and his friends, Arville and Brenda DeClue.
He is survived by: his son Scott DeClue (Lacey); his siblings, Ruth McAllister, Carol Caballero, John Dee, Dennis Dee (Jane) and Ronnie Dee; his great grandchildren, Raelynn Steele, Kyler Steele and Cove Steele; his family Lucky; and his friends, Sandra, Travis and Rosie Collins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many other dear and special friends.
