It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evert Eckhoff of Potosi, Missouri, born in Old Mines, Missouri, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Sue Eckhoff; his brothers, Joseph Eckhoff, Michael Eckhoff and Matthew Eckhoff; and his mother-in-law Maudie Cain.
He is survived by: his children, Julia Eckhoff of Doniphan, Debra James of Mineral Point, Missouri, Jared Eckhoff (Jessie James) of Park Hills, Jason Eckhoff (Evon) of Mineral Point, Brian Eckhoff of Potosi, Nicholas Eckhoff (Nicole) of Potosi and Joshua Hutson (Susann Hutson) of Valle Mines, Missouri; and his siblings, Sheila Harris (Ken) of Bonne Terre, Shannon Eckhoff of Farmington, Sharon Eckhoff of Mineral Point, Missouri, Dennis Eckhoff of Leadwood, Kevin Eckhoff of Belgrade, Kelly Eckhoff (Mary) and Scott Eckhoff (April) of Mineral Point, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
