We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2025, at the age of 70, Doyle Owen Brown (Potosi, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jerome Brown and Mamie Alice Brown (Owens); and his brothers, Amos Brown (David Brown) and Melvin Brown. He is survived by: his significant other Karen Ruble; his children, Becca Nixon (Buddy), Owen Bourbon (Lora), Robert Ruble (Boo), Kenneth Ruble, Julia Ruble, Gloria Eckhoff (Jeff) and Pamela Ward (Shawn); his grandchildren, Zack of River, DJ, Trenton, Micha, Avril, Robert Jr., Keisha, Stella, Michael, Jackson, Craig and Kaley; his brothers, Tommy Ruble and Johnny Ruble; his niece Tanaia Marshall; and his close friend Carolyn Courtway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DeClue Family Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the New Diggins Cemetery.
