She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Eye and Opal Eye (Harmon); her husband Robert R. Lewis; her son Terry Lynn Hollinsworth; and her siblings, Norma Ruth Eye, Betty Lee Eye, Geraldine Crocker, Raymond Eye, Austin Eye and Freda Wright.
She is survived by: her sons, David Hollinsworth, Randy Whitaker and Robert "Rob" Lewis (Michelle Burkard); her grandchildren, Niki Wann, David Hollinsworth, Ashley Middleton, Shawn Whitaker, Brenden Lewis, Parker Lewis, Mercede Wood and Zach Burkard; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Madison, Bethany and AJ; and her siblings, Stanley Eye (Donna), Boyd Eye (Dorris), Cleo Eye (Shirley), Ronnie Eye (Millie) and Elaine Mercer (Marvin). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
