He is survived by: his children, David Ruby (Tina), Dennis Ruby and Donna Hughes; his grandchildren, Kayla Whelehon (Corey), Justin Ruby and Allison McAtee (Jeremiah); his great grandchildren, Eleanora and Otto; and his siblings, Virgil Ruby (Jackie), Louise "Lou" Barton (Bill) and Dorothy Barton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
