He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Emmeline O'Neail (Hayes) and Ernest Wilson O'Neail; his siblings, Bud, Bob, Ralph, David, Leroy, Lloyd, Francis Carey, Marie Owens, Gladys Douglas and Letha Faye; his grandsons, Benjamin Carey and R. J. Parks; and his great grandchild Ephraim Philip Massey.
He is survived by: his children, Hank O'Neail of Cadet, MO, Kelvin O'Neail (Tammie) of Cadet, MO, John O'Neail (Teresa) of Cadet, MO, Shelbie Kohlenberger (Bill) of Gerald, MO and Irma O'Neail of Farmington, MO. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
