He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurst Nipper and Ethel Nipper (Jenkins); his wife Margaret Nipper; his children, Linda Sue Nipper, Patricia Diane Mayberry and Dennis Nipper; his son-in-law Billy Earney; and his siblings, George Nipper, Erma Hudson, Bernell Nipper, James Nipper and Deloris Akers.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Nipper, LaDonna Earney, Barbara Coleman (Derrick), Kathy Pashia (Brian) and Sandy Brown (Dan); his brother Cyril Nipper (Bonnie); and his siblings-in-law, Wilma and John Svetina.
