He is survived by: his wife Deatra Bailey; his children, Chuck Bailey (Brittany Thomlinson), Kenneth Bailey and Deanna Bailey; his grandchildren, Trevor Brewster, Charles Bailey III, Sierra Copeland, Dana Bailey, Kendra Thomlinson, Landon Thomlinson, Heath Bailey, Kenneth Bailey Jr., Hannah Eye, Logan Bailey and Brayden Bailey; his great grandchildren, Adalynn, Raylynn, Coraline, Roczen, Willow, Jayden, Zane, Klarity, Blaze, Kinley, Layla and Baby Charleigh; and his brothers, Edward Leroy Bailey, Anthony Bailey, Kenneth Bailey (Tammy) and Roger Bailey (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
