He is survived by: his significant other Joan Skaggs; his children, Alyssa Price (Eric Coatney) and Bernard Price (Morgan Merlenbach); his grandchildren, David, Keela and Sabrina Skaggs; his sister Kristi Hill (Larry) of Cadet, MO.; and his grandchildren, Sylvia Coatney, Kendrick Rulo, Vivian Skaggs, Kinsley Skaggs and Harper Short.
