She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Elmer and Olive Cantrell (DeClue); her husband Leo "Junior" Cover; her former husband Lawrence Missey; her daughter Dianna Lawson; her granddaughter Nikki Lawson; her brothers, Junior Cantrell and Bernard Cantrell; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy, Connie, Sharon and Sandra Cantrell.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Whitten (Rex), Peggy Vance (Mike), Sandra Knowles (Buddy) and Leo Wayne Cover; her grandchildren, Becky Whitten, Tina Bourisaw, Sherry, Reggie Brasher, Shawntay, Barry Sitzes, Michael, Amber Vance and Sarah Vance; her great grandchildren, Christopher Cover, Lindsey Griffith, Kameron Eye, Quintin Sitzes, Lexie Griffith, Peyton Griffith, Addison Vance, Michael Vance III, Clayton Vance and Jasper Vance; her great great grandchildren, Brentlee Sitzes, Cordelia Eye, Howie Eye and Elliott Cover; and her brothers, Lloyd Cantrell (Doris) and Buck Cantrell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar DeClue Family Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Redbud Memorial Gardens (Potosi, MO 63664).
