She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mincher and Minnie Mincher (Blair); her parents-in-law, Howard "Buck" and Rosalie Halbert; and her brother-in-law James Halbert.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Halbert; her son Gary Halbert (Amy); and her siblings, Bernadine Acreman, Harold Halbert (Vivian) of Potosi, Milford Halbert (Imogene) of Caledonia, Billy Halbert (Caroline) and Virginia Montgomery (Jack). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
