He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Phillip Portell and Linda Louise Brewer of Potosi; his siblings, Abigail Brewer of Potosi, Olivia Thurmond (Andrew) of Potosi and Adam Brewer of Potosi; and his grandfather Jerry Portell (Dorothy) of Davisville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear and special friends.
