She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Leslie Rains and Emma Branch (DeBrodie); her stepfather Roy Branch; and her brother Frankie DeBrodie. She is survived by: her husband James Brewer; her children, Dale Brewer (Cathy), Danny Brewer (Kimberly), Leslie Brewer (Lisa), Darrell Brewer (Loretta), Richard Brewer (Heather), Martha Hays, Melinda Brewer and Robert "Bob" Gaebe (Jan); and her brother Lonzo Roy Branch. She is also survived by several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
