He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Holzhauser and Ottilie Holzhauser (Bridges). He is survived by: his children, Shannon Holzhauser and Shawn Holzhauser (Kim Harris); his sister Carolyn Leeper; his grandchildren, Reece Holzhauser (Susan), Rachel Calderon (Adam), Josh Quessenberry and Rion Quessenberry; and his great grandchildren, Winnie Jo Calderon, Marley Calderon, Maeve Calderon and Willow Rose Calderon.
Memorial donations are suggested to Portland Cemetery Fund, Holzhauser's Bar and Grill for the resurfacing of pool tables purchased by his father in 1954, or St. Mark's Episcopal Church, c/o Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Boulevard, Fulton, MO 65251.
