He is survived by: his granddaughter Grace; his siblings, Quincy Hoggard, Coy Hoggard, Virgina LaFerney, Geneva Patton and Colean Mansfield; his wife Mary (Cookie); his children, Rena Hoggard Freeman and Rusty Hoggard (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Freeman (Mandy), Sara Deane (Clay), Todd Hoggard (Jonna-Kaye), Macie Hoggard, Mallary Fugate (Ethan), Chase Smith (Brittany) and Caleb Smith. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeLisle Funeral Home (209 W Main St, Portageville, MO 63873). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Eustachius Catholic Church (200 W 4th St, Portageville, MO 63873).
