It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mattie Young (Portageville, Missouri), who passed away on May 28, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Hill and James Blackwell; her grandsons, Anthony and Shawn Blackwell; and her siblings, Lottie Caffey, Lucille Jolly and Floyd.
She is survived by: her husband Neal Young of Portageville, MO; her sons, Keith, Neal Young Jr., Angelo and Terry; and her brothers, Melvin Blackwell (Mary) and Frank Blackwell (Alberta). She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.
