She is survived by: her son Jackie Dale Phillips; her significant other Paul W. Phillips; her daughter-in-law Joyce Phillips of Portageville, MO; her granddaughters, Brandy Hartman and Kelly Adams; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Luke, Layla Adams, Hunter and Mazie Grace Hartman; her great great grandchildren, Ava, Lucas and Colby Hartman; and her niece Debbie Nave. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
