With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Greg Day of Portageville, Missouri, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Greg may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Greg touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Marie Day (Hobbs) and Cecil Christopher Day; his significant other Carol Sue Day (Parker); and his siblings, Jerry Day and Carol Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Noah Day (Kimberly) of Dexter, MO, James Day (Ashley) of Kennett, MO and Van Parker of Sikeston, MO; his brother Don Day (Cindy) of Portageville, MO; and his grandsons, Alexander and Daniel Dickerson. He is also survived by many other relatives, church family and friends.
