With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gavin Michael Long of Portageville, Missouri, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on April 22, 2021 at the age of 16. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Gabriel Michael and Ashley Nesselrodt Long; his grandparents, Troy, Kaki Long of Portageville, Robert Lynn Nesselrodt and Heidi Elizabeth Hunter of New Madrid; and his brother Trey Moore. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception School, New Madrid or to Gavin Long Scholarship Fund.
