He was predeceased by: his parents, Claira Ellen Ryan and Frank Womack; and his siblings, Frank Kelly, Carl Womack, Norman Womack, Johnny Womack, Danny Womack, Tommy Womack and Doris Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary S. Womack of Portageville, MO; his children, David S. Womack, Norman E. Womack and Sheila Underwood; and his siblings, Levi Womack of Bonne Terre, MO, Steve Womack of Poplar Bluff, MO, Shirley Golden of Poplar Bluff, MO, Allene Obryan of Florida, Ruth Parks of Belgrade, MO and Judy Campbell of Doniphan, MO. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
