He is survived by: his parents, James Smith and Patricia "Harris" Smith of Portageville; and his siblings, Joyce Janette Garrison of Portageville, Robert Dale Smith of Portageville and Kenneth Wayne Smith (Regina J.) of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hague Funeral Home (23 W Riley St, Medora, IN 47260).
