He is survived by: his wife Lovie Holmes; his children, Michael Holmes (Jan) of Portageville, MO, David Collins (Elleya) of Texas, Charles Cardwell of Kansas City, MO, Marilyn Williams of Caruthersville, MO and Alma Richardson (Bryan) of Portageville, MO; his siblings, Willie Holmes (Rose) of Clarksdale, James Lee Holmes of Bobo, MS, Irene Holmes of Bobo, MS and Ruby Heags (Tony) of Alligator, MS; and his daughter Jan Holmes. He is also survived by 17 grandkids, 37 great grand kids & 3 great great grand kids, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and a special daughter in law.
