He is survived by: his children, Cindi and Clay; his husband Brad Cook; his children, Molly, Cace, Libby, Chloe, Jake and Eli; and his brothers, Gary (Lauren) of Pennsylvania, Bill of Lexington, Kentucky and Bob (Patty) of Asheville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
