He is survived by: his mother Nannie Mae Hollingsworth Johnson of Poplar Bluff; his brother Tommy Johnson; his niece Terry Johnson; his nephew Nicholas Tyler Whitley; his children, Levi Johnson (Morgan) of Springdale Arkansas, Jenna Voight (Ronnie) of Rolla Mo and Crystal Toombs (Brad) of St. Augustina; his sisters, Tammy Powell (Sam) of Poplar Bluff and Toni D. Johnson of Poplar Bluff; his grandchildren, Makayla Voight, Lyric Voight, Lexy Sanders, Haleigh Toombs and Alexander Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Harper Sanders and Lakelyn Ravenscraft.
