He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Passley and Mary Dillie Passley; his granddaughter Alyssa Passley; and his siblings, Martin, Franklin, Joseph, Etta, Alice, Dorthy, Joan, Gay Dawn and Louise.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Passley Jr. of Bernie, Steven Passley (Kittie) of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Angela McCoy of Chillicothe, Missouri and Crystal Wilder (Richard) of Ellsinore, Missouri; and his sisters, Mary Lou, Diana, Jeanie and Darlene. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
