He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Mansfield and Louisia Mansfield (Hefner); his wife Carolyn Louise Mansfield; his daughter Teresa Mansfield; and his brother Chester Mansfield.
He is survived by: his children, Richie Mansfield (Juanita), Connie Kingery Clawson (Brian), Dustin Kingery, Elaina Schlobohm and Amber Plemmons (Korey); his siblings, Jenny Stinson, Genevia Mansfield, Ellen Ellis, Shirley Ort (Larry), Christine Lamp, Sandy Seely and Charles Mansfield (Diane); and his granddaughter Katherine Welker. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
