He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene Bland and Gracie Belle Driskill; and his brother Gary Foley. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Bland; his children, Ashley Bolt, Alexander Bolt (Taylor Bolt) and Kenneth Bland; and his siblings, Paula Launius (Keith Launius), Pat Foster and Keith Gibson (Jennifer Gibson). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Roy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to his heart.
