He is survived by: his father Kenneth Glidewell; his wife Elizabeth; his children, Kim Fly (Brian), Tracie Brammlett (Steve), Josh Glidewell (Stephanie) and Nikki Heuiser (Andrew); and his brothers, Kerry Glidewell and Randy Glidewell (Sarah). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
