He was predeceased by: his father Russell L. Curnutt of Ukiah, Calif.; his grandmother Violet M. Pilcher (Duke) of Ukiah, Calif.; his stepfather Randle E. Milde of Neelyville; and his niece Rachel Milde. He is survived by: his mother Bobbie R. Milde (Pilcher) of Poplar Bluff; his siblings, Russell Curnutt (Missy) of Poplar Bluff, Randy Milde (Angelia) of Neelyville, Bridget Curnutt of Poplar Bluff, Rhonda Sullivan (Eddie) of Harviell and Lorie Casinger (Dwayne) of Poplar Bluff; his nieces and nephews, Sean Turner (Jamie), Jordan Earnest (Tricia), Anthony Curnutt (Dustie), Christopher Casinger (Olivia), Tyler Casinger, Dustin Milde, Dakota Milde, Rusti Russom (Jesse), Amber Rogers (Wade) and Susane Burkhart; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Jessie, Mia, Amberlyn, Emery, Allyson, Ariah, Mallory, Katie, Hayley, Riley, Destiny, Tony, Malachi, Austin, Maverick, Eli, Trenton, Lance, Scotty, Ethan, Hunter, Dylan, Brody and Kaveon; and his uncles, Duke Pilcher (Janice) of Lakeport, Calif. and Billy Curnutt (Calif) of Redwood City. He is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
