Polly Jo Hurst Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Polly Jo Hurst of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brian and Avis Brian (Slinkard); her husbands, Harold Phillips and Ben Hurst; her sisters, Nowata Forres and Joan DeFord; and her grandson Kyle L. Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Phillips and Laura Jo Conway (Steve); her sister Drenda Casinger; her grandchildren, Leah Conway and Matthew Conway; and her niece Rima DeFord. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Thousand Hills Cowboy Church.
