We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2023, at the age of 84, Mary Catherine Thornton of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robertson and Maggie Robertson (Sprogs); her husband Hershel Thornton; and her siblings, Marie Davis (Frank), Mildred Sharp (Buster), Jake Robertson (Hazel), Mable Robertson, Francis Comer and Thomas Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Thornton (Gerald), Cindy Baker Poplar Bluff (Terry) and Tim Thornton St; her grandchildren, Shawn Baker Poplar Bluff (Lori) and Shannon Pirtle (Shane); her great grandchildren, Jake of Bonne Terre, MO, Hayden of Bonne Terre, MO and Addison Pirtle of Bonne Terre, MO; and her brother Charles Robertson of Oregon.
Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in her honor.
