She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burchard and Mamie Burchard; her husband Roy Willard Scott; her daughter Deborah O'Neal; and her siblings, Walter Burchard, Eva Conner, Louie Burchard, Ivy Crutchfield and Erva Leach.
She is survived by: her son Keith; her grandsons, Matthew O'Neal, Andrew O'Neal and Eric Scott; and her siblings, Leslie Burchard, Cledis Burchard (Peggy) and Verlene McNew. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
