With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Winder of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on March 30, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Foley and Rita Foley; her husband Leroy Winder; and her siblings, Richard, Kenny, David Clark and Barbara Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Clark (Butch), James L. Winder, Lorraine Townsend (Kevin) and Michelle Elder (Jack). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
