He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Mills and Fanny Alma Propst Mills; and his siblings, Pauline Barnes (Edgar), Kenneth Mills (Mary), Ellen Mills, Betty Shelton (Gene) and Alma Fay Mills.

He is survived by: his wife Wilma Mills. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
