He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnell Skaggs and Lorene Skaggs; his former wife Imogene; and his daughter Debra. He is survived by: his siblings, Glenda George (Jim), Barbara Smith, Roberta Copeland (Robert) and Russell Skaggs; his children, Shelia Pigmon, Scott Pigmon (Suzanne) and Christopher Skaggs (Kimberly); his close friend Carla Moore; and his pet Lad. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, countless friends.
