He was predeceased by: his parents, Felton Brigance and Marie Brigance; and his children, Shannon Brigance and Johnny Bagwell. He is survived by: his wife Patty Brigance; his sons, James Felton Brigance (Lori), Thomas Bagwell and Barry Bagwell (Shauna); his grandson Trevor Bagwell; his daughter-in-law Kristie Bagwell Todd; his grandchildren, Austin (Kaitlyn), Aaron (Heaven), Allyson (Skyler), Hunter, Lindsey, Johnna, James Felton, Amanda (Doug) and Fisher; and his brother Steve Brigance (Shirley). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
