He was predeceased by: his parents, Loman Hartline and Bertha Hartline. He is survived by: his wife Tena Parks Hartline; his children, Eddie Hartline (Amanda) and Donita Hartline; his stepson Justin Parks (Amie); his grandsons, Chase, Cason Parks, Peyton, Noah Hartline and Trenton Maddox; and his siblings, Loyd Estes (Carol), David Hartline (Michelle), Joanne Mangum (Mike), Beverly Courter (Donnie) and Barbara Hartline.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
