He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alonzo and Christine Barker (Niswonger); his parents-in-law, Dean and Mary Bilbrey; his brother Horace Franklin Barker; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Linscomb and Basil Phelps.
He is survived by: his wife Deanise Barker; his sons, Charlie (Taylor), Justin (Ireland) and Dylan Barker; his sister Christina Linscomb; his granddaughter Dixie Kate; his aunt Wanda Spargo; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Phelps, Bobbi Hon (Doug) and Tim Bilbrey; his nieces, Emma Linscomb and Shannon Crabtree (Torrey); and his nephew Bucky Hon (Amanda). He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral and Cremation Services (1100 Iron Bridge Rd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hamtown Cemetery.
