He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Nesbit and Francis Nesbit (Adams); his son Jason Neal Nesbit; his brother Doug Nesbit; and his grandson J. Cruz Mendoza.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Nesbit; his daughter Candida "Candy" Ashlock of Poplar Bluff; his sister Charlottie "Chod" Foster (Don) of Naylor; and his grandchildren, Justin Nesbit, J. C. Nation, Tyler Nation, Donte Mendoza and Tristen Mendoza. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
