She is survived by: her children, Sandy Lynn Pennington, Curtis Alan Pennington, Jennifer Jean Pennington, Kasey Dawn Davis and Jessica O'Hara; her grandchildren, Jacob, Junior, Josh, Sara, Kasen and Zachery; her nieces, Kasondra and Rebekah; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Katie, Gary, Clifford, Holly, Caitlyn, Ryan, Abigail and Kingston; and her siblings, Martha Ingles, Roy Pennington, Jewell Frazier and Wanda Pennington.
