Delilia Faye Dow Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delilia Faye Dow of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on December 21, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gillford Fortune and Goldie Fortune (Ake); her sons, Marty and Tony Dow; her brother Delmer Fortune; and her close friend Earl Wampler.
She is survived by: her husband Fay Dow of Poplar Bluff, MO; her stepson Dave Dow of Poplar Bluff, MO; and her grandchildren, Candace Mavis (Andy) of Newkirk, OK, Jade Dow of Skaitook, OK and Taylor Dow (Dayton) of Poplar Bluff, MO. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, and many cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home and Crematory (100 E Kansas Ave, Arkansas City, KS 67005). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations in Dee's name be given to Alzheimer's and Similar Diseases Foundation. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
