We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024, at the age of 68, Deborah Christine Barks of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Jack Todaro; and her grandparents, Lester and Stella Brock. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Todaro (Brock); her husband Kendal Barks; her children, Tiffany Barker (Lindle) and Jeremy West; her grandchildren, Brantly James (Kennedy), Savannah Fronek, Jack West, Landon Barker and Benjamin West; and her brother Jackie Todaro (Pam). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
