She is survived by: her husband Kean Griffith, MD; her children, Alana Griffith (Phil Lester), Allison Bieller (Eric), Amy Luke, Grace Frevert (Matt), Adam Griffith, Rhys Griffith and Ethan Griffith (Ravyn Decker); her grandchildren, Willow Luke, Adeline Lester, Roman Thrasher, Connor Thompson, Dallas Griffith and Charlotte Frevert; her parents, Col. Nyles Courtney and Dixie Courtney; and her brothers, Jeffrey Spencer (Leslie) and Jonathan Courtney.
Dawn was a life-long follower of Christ and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Fellowship General Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff, MO.
