With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cletis Harris Powell (Poplar Bluff, Missouri), who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin and Effie Mae Powell (Brown); his sons, Cletis Wayne and Timothy Lyle; his brother Arthur; and his former wife Gelene.

He is survived by: his children, Daurice Jean of Seymour, Kenneth Douglas, Ricky Martin and Phillip Edwin of Claremont; his daughter-in-law Crickett Powell of Naylor, MO; his sons, Ken (Cheri) and Rick (Dianne); and his brother-in-law Doug Farmer (Shirley) of Illinois. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren and thirty-two great grandchildren.
